No. 2 seed Ross blanks Wilmington 8-0

ROSS — Second-seeded Ross defeated Wilmington 8-0 Thursday in a Division III South 1 Sectional girls soccer match.

The defeat ends the Hurricane season at 2-14.

Seven players scored goals for the Rams. Isabelle Davis had two goals and two assists.

Ross will face Taylor 7 p.m. Monday in the second round.
