Postal delivery of today’s News Journal will be delayed in some areas

Due to a truck delivery issue, the postal customers in Sabina, Clarksville, and Blanchester, and some in Wilmington, will not receive their Wednesday, Oct. 23 edition of the News Journal today. They should be delivered to customers on Thursday, Oct. 24.
