2024 Fair

Overall sheep showmanship champions were named Monday at the Clinton County Fair: (left to right) Senior champion sheep showman, sweepstakes showmanship representative, and overall showman of showman Hayden Shumaker, Intermediate champion sheep showman Mackenzie Strong, Junior champion sheep showman Olivia Strong, Beginner champion sheep showman Lucas Strong, and show judge Madison Schumacher.

The Clinton County Fair introduced the winners of its Jr. Fair Queen and Court, as well as individual champions in various categories. The young winners were selected in May and have been preparing for their new roles.

WILMINGTON — Award winning, multi-nominated, CMA member, country music artist Sean Poole will be performing with his band, Sean Poole & Buckin’ Krazy, at the Clinton County Fair this Wednesday from 7-10 p.m.

Kaiden Smith had a very successful showing at the Clinton County Junior Fair dairy goat and breeding goat show on Saturday. Smith was named Showman of Showmen. Pictured are Taylor Collett, Amy Smith, judge Jesse Kimmel, Kaiden Smith and Justin Smith.

Sadie Nickell was named the overall vegetable gardening winner on Saturday at the Clinton County Junior Fair.
