Clinton Co. Health District offices closed Monday

All Clinton County Health District offices, including the WIC office, will be closed to in-person services on Monday, Dec. 5 for water line repairs. The staff will continue to check phone, email and social media messages remotely. There will continue to be inspectors in the field and nurses in Wilmington City Schools.
