Beginning Monday, July 11, weather permitting, road work will begin on the intersection of Gurneyville Road and North Curry Road as part of a sight improvement project, according to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office. This project site is located in Union Township.

The Gurneyville Road closure will begin 1,400 feet west of the intersection with North Curry and end 1,000 feet east of the intersection. The closure on North Curry Road will be 300 feet north of the intersection and 300 feet south of the intersection.

On-site construction personnel will assist residents who live within the closure area to access their driveways. Motorists are advised to be alert to flagging operations and trucks entering and exiting the roadway in and around the project area.

The project is scheduled for completion in the fall.
