RIGHT NOW I LIKE …

How hard our younger players have worked in practice. We lost most of our varsity team from last year and the younger players who don’t play football really benefited from the time in the gym and scrimmages to prepare them to step up and fill roles. We expect a lot from this younger group who have been in the gym to lead us until everyone else gets their basketball legs under them.

RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO IMPROVE …

We have to learn a lot in a short amount of time but be patient because we are just now starting practices with everyone. With our football players just getting in the gym, we are going to work hard to try to get into basketball shape and get the chemistry we need to help us be successful.

OTHER THAN OUR TEAM, WHO WILL BE THE TEAM TO BEAT IN YOUR LEAGUE AND WHY

Wilmington will again be the team to beat in the league. They have size and great guard play to go along with one of the best players in Ohio in Jarron Cumberland.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU’D LIKE TO SAY ABOUT TEAM, SEASON

We look forward to getting back in the gym with our fans who give us great support. We will have a lot of new varsity players but looking forward to watching them mature and grow throughout the season.
